February 2015-Current – Belcher & Epstein, P.A. – Partner – located in Fort Myers, Florida providing legal services throughout Southwest Florida and throughout the State of Florida. The firm is a boutique litigation firm handling a broad range of complex commercial and civil litigation cases, appellate law, business law matters, banking and finance, collections, contracts, debtor/creditor issues, construction law, probate and estates, landlord/tenant, real estate and personal injury cases.
December 2000-2015 – Andrew S. Epstein, P.A. – Martindale Hubbell “AV” rated firm located in Fort Myers, Florida providing comprehensive legal services throughout Southwest Florida and the State of Florida. The firms handled a broad range of commercial and civil litigation cases, business law matters, banking, contracts, collections, debtor/creditor issues, construction, landlord/tenant, real estate and personal injury cases.
1995- November 2000 – Duncan & Tardif, P.A. – “AV” rated firm (now dissolved) located in Fort Myers, Florida. I was personally responsible for civil and commercial litigation matters throughout the State of Florida, including but not limited to, banking, collections, construction, personal injury, premises liability, landlord/tenant and real estate matters from creating new business relationships to trial through appeal.
1992-1995 – Garvin & Tripp, P.A. –“AV” firm (now dissolved) located in Fort Myers, Florida. Mr. Tripp handled complex civil and commercial litigation matters and appeals. Mr. Garvin focused on complicated, traumatic injury cases, legal and medical malpractice. I personally handled case preparation, drafting and research, hearings and appellate matters. I handled an incredibly broad range of legal matters including banking, collections, construction, eminent domain, personal injury, premises liability, real estate, and other matters and involved from client intake through appeal.
